False trip preventer:

It prevents the change from opening mode to tilting mode by mistake (makes it impossible to tilt the wing in its open state). By guiding the leaf-wing, it can ensure safe operation of window and help that the leaf-wing can be easily turned from tilted state to closed state, excluding the possibility of friction between the leaf-wing and the casement. This safety element is included in the basic price of the Aluplast windows offered by us.

Sill receiver / ending profile:

Ending profile which can be fixed to the bottom of the windows, same material as the profile, helps the connection of the sill.

Casement extension:

It is made of the material of the profile, directly connected to the casement, serves for widening / heightening of the casement, can be applied for preparation of roller shutter, joint make-up, etc.

Hardware:

Hardware means the structural elements ensuring the operation of the window. The hardware is responsible for the safety, and the load capacity of the mechanism also depends on it. The false trip preventer also belongs to it. Nowadays it is also included in the basic supply, and the "safety hardware" is also becoming more and more popular. In this case the hardware solutions provide higher safety against robbery.
Hidden hardware is also available where the hardware elements cannot be seen in the window. It is advantageous for aesthetic aspects.

Glazing piece:

It is made of the material of the profile in various forms; it serves for fixing the glass to the profile.

PUR foam:

Sealing material serving for the sealing and insulation of the gap between the wall and the door / window mechanism.

Rowing profile:

Necessary for setting several mechanisms next to each other, e.g.: the balcony door and the window next to it.

Hidden rowing profile:

Necessary for setting several mechanisms next to each other, e.g.: the balcony door and the window next to it.

Dilatation / strengthened rowing profile:

For large-size glass-walls, continuous windows, in each 4m for the dilatation movement. In accordance with the overall dimension, for the assemblage of entrance door(s) and glass-walls. Depending on the mode of installation, the use of casement extension profiles of various sizes may become necessary.

Most frequent fields of application:

  • When the door/window is installed in a console wall opening,

  • If a partition wall is connected after the rowed door/window mechanisms,

  • In the event of subsequent heat insulation turned onto door or window casement.

False dividers:

In new buildings, glass dividers usually serve for decoration. For old buildings and flats, during the replacement of windows the division of the original door/window can be copied owing to the optional arrangement by placing the false dividers in the air gap between the two panels in 8 mm and 16 mm thickness by means of a fastener, or stuck to the panels.

Wing divider, casement divider:

In new buildings, glass dividers usually serve for decoration. For old buildings and flats, during the replacement of windows the division of the original door/window can be copied owing to the optional arrangement. True dividers.

Casement divider:

Element serving for the modification, division of the glass surface of the door/window for aesthetic aspects, in glued form or placed between the two glass surfaces. Available in various sizes and colours.

Low-e glass:

Actually it is a float glass one side of which is coated by metal oxide through an electro-magnetic method. Owing to this coating, its colour will change only to a small extent as compared to the float glass. This noble-metal coating is applied in the heat-insulating structure on the surface looking towards the air gap between the glass panels. The light and the sunshine are almost free to get into the room and the heat produced in the building will remain inside. As a heat-insulting glass, its heat-insulation coefficient can be increased by filling with gas.

Float glass:

Float glass is made by floating a continuous glass band on melted tin. It is water-white; its surface is maximally plain. Application: for preparing heat-insulated glasses where high light permeation is important. Windows, glass-houses and numerous fields of use when processed. Float glass can be hardened, bent and laminated.

4-16-4:

4 mm thick, water-white float glass - 16 mm air gap - 4 mm float/low-e glass

Safety glass:

Consists of two or more flat glasses or decorative glass, with one or more water-white, colour foils; this foil will determine its flexibility and strength. Its feature is that if the glass is broken, the parts will glue to the foil thereby decreasing the risk of injury and as a means of property protection makes it difficult to enter or burgle. Application: in doors/windows where the risk of injury, breaking of glasses exists as well as display windows, roof structures, etc.

Reflective, Stopsol glass:

Stopsol is a light protecting glass with a thin metal oxide coat. The coat is used on both water-white and self-coloured glass. The coating is a hard layer which resists to environmental changes. Application: complete glass-wall system, entrance doors, etc.

Air chamber:

Air-filled cells placed in the cross-section of the casement, separated from each other. These play an important role in the insulation of the window.

Heat-insulating glass structure:

The heat-insulating glass usually consists of two glass panels which structure meets the functional and mechanical requirements. The distance between the two glass panels is determined by the distance piece; it is filled with antidim compound. The edge of the glass panels and the framework is sealed with two-component sealing material. The complete construction will create a hermetically closed space between the glass panels. The various glass combinations determine for what purposes the heat-insulating glass structure can be used.

Cathedral glass:

Glass poured continuously between two rolls. Pattern can be placed on both sides or only on one side. Cathedral can be water-white, yellow and bronze, with some patterns being sand-blasted. Application: in internal doors/windows and in places where transparency is unwanted, but transmission of light is important.

Slot ventilation element:

The slot ventilation element ensures regular change of air change and is very easy to mount subsequently as well.

Ventilating hardware:

By means of the ventilating hardware the leaf-wing can be fixed in any opening distance required. The Roto NT fixing hardware makes it possible to fix the open leaf continuously. In this way banging window is already a thing of the past.
